No diamond rewards (could have used that bottle of water at 3am lol) or extended late checkout. However the overall experience went well. They were packed with baseball teams but seemed to handle the crowd well. The breakfast was on point!

Clean hotel with a decent breakfast and very friendly staff. A lot of contractor guests so if you need to do laundry, I suggest midday as at night the small laundry room is pretty booked.

I have spent close to 100 nights at this hotel over the past couple of years due to work. It is literally one of the best mid-range hotels I have stayed at. The staff are great, the rooms are always clean, and it's a really convenient location. I cannot recommend it enough.

We had a great experience. Rooms were clean. One cracked tile in the entry way of the room we stayed in. No big deal though. Upon check out we were offered complimentary breakfast and juice . Staff was polite and smiling.

We stayed at this property last night, Sept 25, 2022, and was very disappointed. We have stayed at this property numerous times but found that the experience this visit was well below expectations.I'm a Hilton Diamond member so I stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties. The Diamond member has zero perks BTW.The room ceiling looked as if it was about to cave in and there was a large crack in the wall above the bed. I assume there had been some sort of water leak as this was on the third floor.The refrigerator condenser rattled all night long and the toilet tank kept filling up every 10 minutes. I tried to adjust the toilet but to no avail. All of this meant a very restless night.The "free" breakfast was a joke. Most places aren't bad but this left a lot to be desired. Several people were complaining.I mentioned all of this to the front desk at check out and she just looked at me as if I had a third eye. No apologies, not a mention that she would have the room attended to, nothing. So much for being a Diamond member. Should have stayed at the Motel 6, same accommodations at a third of the price.I'm switching to Marriott properties from now on. This is becoming a regular occurrence with Hilton properties.

I had a great experience here. I read the reviews and was very hesitant. Staff was more then wonderful. Manager was excellent. Room was great actually. Very clean and comfortable. Could use a better air freshener other then whatever you're using. Bottom of bathtub could use some stronger scrubbing. Whatever you're using to clean with isn't doing the job right. Suggest vacuuming the edges of the elevator. It's the first thing I look at. I know it's a high traffic area but I've noticed this in every hotel, it's the first thing people see. Details make the difference. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because I showed up late and slept in. Was very quiet and peaceful. Great selection of TV to watch. Close to many resteraunts and even mini golf next door. I would stay here again for sure. I lived in hotels 340 days last year. Mostly all this chain. DEFINITELY stay here over any of the others in the area! My little nit picks are very mild I am just pointing out ways to improve, and those issues were minor. I think you for the generous and curtious staff. They really met my high standards. ImpressedI stayed on Tuesday August 30th checked in about 7pm

Passing through heading back to NC. This place looked the best at affordable rates. We were so tired and needed to sleep. Service was great. Rooms were clean and good size. We got the king room. Lighting was a little dark overall especially in the bathroom. But they did have a fan. I don’t get why so many hotels don’t put fans in the bathroom. Makes zero sense. Anyway, lots of food near by too which was a plus. Ample parking. Decent area. Some of the other hotel reviews were not good like getting their stuff stolen. I wish breakfast was served until at least 10. Always ends at 9. We’re usually sleeping. I also wish all hotel check outs were at 12. 11 is so early. Many hotels do a noon checkout. Should be universal. Overall good hotel.

Breakfast - 9/10Friendliness - 10/10Cleanliness - 2/10The staff (front desk) were very friendly and the breakfast was great! However, our bed had hair all over the sheets and the 1st floor hallway had dirt and crumbs all over the carpet for 2 days straight and the floor in our room hadn't been swept either. When you pay $400 it's normal to expect a clean environment. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for our first time staying here.Just something to work on! Great staff though.
