Historic Tavern Crawl at the State Historic Site
September 29 at 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
|Recurring Event (See all)
An event every year that begins at 5:00pm on day 28 of September, repeating until September 30, 2019
Come get “foxed and fuddled” with us on our Historic Tavern Crawl! Harrison County was not only the seat of early Indiana government, but also home to at least 17 taverns at one time! Just what were those early Indiana politicians doing besides making laws? Join us for a fun walking tour of the locations of Corydon’s early taverns and discover taverns’ unique place in history. Authentic historic drinks will be served at several stops. You may even learn a drinking song or two!
Saturday, September 29, tours at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Price: $20/each, includes drinks and light appetizers
Reservations required. Please call 812-738-4890 to order your tickets. Tour size is limited, so it is recommended you call early.
