Ashley and her crew were amazing. We came in on a Saturday night/morning about 12:00 prom night locally. Amazing how busy they were and we were able to find a seat immediately and were welcomed and treated like we were family. The grits are the best I've ever had. As we were leaving we noticed the rating notice in the doorway.100% and I can see why. These folks were amazing, food came fast and was exactly as ordered.5+ stars is an understatement.

This morning was a very busy morning at the Waffle House because the lights were out for thousands of people in the area. We weren't sure we'd find a table but luckily we did. Our waitress was very good and our meal was excellent. Denna served us and kept out coffee coming for which I was glad after a long cold night with no heat. I'm always impressed by the way our local Waffle House keeps up with busy times and yet the food is always good. One of the few places I can order an over medium egg and know the whites will be done.

Went to eat here Sunday morning. Got there at 10. Seated myself at a open booth. Table was left with all the dishes on it. Other people had already left. I sat there for twenty minutes before I had to ask a waitress to clean the table. The waitress who was supposed to clean it was doing other things. Don't think noticed me sitting at the booth. Then the waitress who was supposed to have it clean finally came over. Brought me coffee and water, but no silverware. You can guess that I did not leave a tip. Service was horrible. They don't clean the tables when the customer leaves. They go do other things. Not going back for a while. Maybe something will improve.

Kayla was our waitresses and cat was the so-called Cook's my food was cold and my grandson food was not cooked Kayla come to the table and tried to take his food back to cook it proper my chicken was cold and the bacon was burnt and I asked for coffee creamer for my cold coffee she brought me 4 for the hour that I was there and my pregnant daughter's food was cold they didn't even get my son-in-law order and come back to the table and asked what he had ordered so he just got up and walked outside Kayla brought my grandson's waffle with chocolate chips on top we sit there he done ate the waffle and then they bring him his two pieces of bacon that was burnt my daughter Miranda she didn't even get her order and then when we complain they told us to get out that they didn't have to serve us well they lost a lot of money there was seven of us and I always tip well at least our waitress Cindy and the cook James is very good to me when I go in there these two little girls were too busy goofing off and talking on the phone at first thing in the morning I'm going to talk to the manager January 4 2023 we got there 5:45 pm on a Wednesday evening and got out of there at 7:15 pm AND IT WAS NOT CROWDED plus there was two other people that was waiting to get their order and they walked out with us because of how rude Kayla and cat normally I love going to the waffle House they have good food and good employees but these two were very RUDE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY GOING TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE WHEN THESE TWO ARE WORKING

Was not real impressed. One lady had been there over 12 hours and another had to come from another store. Believe this place would be better off just to close. Has really went downhill past couple years. No reflection on employees the night I was there.

I understand the demand for this restaurant. But answer the phone for to-go orders. I've wanted this place so many times but settled for others just because no one would pick up the phone and take an order. I understand times get busy with in store customers, but to-go orders are customers as well. Settled for another restaurant again last night because of this.

This has become a necessary stop on our ongoing concert circuit and it’s the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to!! The food is always perfectly made, and the third shift staff is so friendly and welcoming.
