Brittany was by far the best at providing me and my family and my friends the best customer service. She was very professional but at the same time she didn't treat us like a business transaction. She was personable and made sure we had everything that we needed. I came in on Saturday, February 4th to checkin for 6 rooms with 14 family and friends. She was proficient and very delightful to work with. I would recommend Holiday Inn in Cordyon, Indiana to anyone who is looking for a place to stay while in the area. Thank you Brittany for your hospitality and for making our stay one to remember! I hope management sees this review and you get a bonus or some kind of recognition!!

Hotel location was very convenient for me, hotel staff is very kind and friendly.Highly recommended for people who travel for business. Breakfast is always ready and hot coffee is always available.

Don’t count on actually having a room here. We called a day in advance to say we’d be checking in around 8-9pm because we were driving across the country and then called around 8pm night of to say we’ll be in later and they said no problem. We show up at 11pm and they’ve given our room away with no notice until we’ve showed up in the lobby

It's within a half hour of Louisville, Kentucky and has easy access to the interstate. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, a Walmart nearby, gas station and some other stores close by. If you want to avoid Louisville traffic it's a nice place to sleep with free breakfast.

Outstanding staff. The room was perfect, the bed and pillows were soft but firm. They had hot breakfast in the morning, fresh coffee all day, the hot tub was hot and it felt great! The indoor pool was very refreshing. They have a small work out area and laundry room.

The breakfast was so wonderful!!The rooms were very clean and the bed was soooo comfortable! Staff was sincere and helpful. I will always look for Holiday Inn Express!

Wow, this was a really nice, modern place to stay. Clean, inviting lobby always had coffee on. Staff was very friendly. Love the pancake machine!

Newly renovated rooms, indoor pool and hot tub, complimentary hot breakfast, close proximity to historic downtown and attractions, walking distance to dining and groceries.
