This is where it all began. Indiana's real hometown!
Buffalo Trace Park cabins offer a quiet and secluded way to get away from the hustle of everyday life. We have all the modern amenities and necessities for an amazingly comfortable stay. Each cabin accommodates seven people.
While both cabins are wheelchair accessible, cabin 1 also has a stove top and kitchen sink that raise or lower to better accommodate wheelchair guests. Linens are available for rental for $35 for rental period (sheets, pillows with cases, and towels bath and kitchen).
The park includes a lake for swimming, boating, and fishing; trails; playground; picnic shelters; petting zoo; and a disc golf course. This park’s name comes from the path that herds of bison took in their migration across the area. Later, the earliest settlers used this path as a wagon trail into the frontier. Buffalo Trace is just 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Corydon.
Cabins feature: Heat or A/C, iron with board, dishes and pans, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, TV with DVD player, alarm clock, outdoor fire ring
40 years of canoeing the Blue River. We are family owned and operated.
