Bill blends his own dry rubs for meat smoking and makes his own barbeque sauces as well. The restaurant is located at the Old Capitol Golf Club and will be open Friday evenings as a steak, chop and seafood house. Reservations recommended for Friday evenings. Lunch menu will be available Monday – Friday from 11:00 am-2:00 pm, even if the golf course is closed. See website for menu, hours and additional information.
