Good place to stop for a mid-afternoon snack. Only wish they would bring back the 1-5 happy hour menu, and then I would stop back in here more than McDonalds....

If you want fresh hot food……go somewhere else. I’ve tried coming here multiple times for mozzarella sticks or jalapeño bites and you can tell they were made hours ago and just sitting in the hot table. You can tell a difference between hot table and fresh sides. Wouldn’t recommend

I'd like to say that this is your typical Arby's restaurant, but i can't. Service was from inattentive staff that demonstrated few customer service skills or any interest being there. Our order was messed up (one item ordered was omitted), and sandwich components were thrown into their wrappers. To make matters worse, the place was not very clean. Staff, if you are not happy working at Arby's, find another job that enables you to smile and be polite. Management, train, and oversee your staff's performance. Ensure the tables and restrooms are clean.

Service is awful, the staff is incredibly rude teenagers and any special requests will be completely ignored. Its sad, because my first visit was actually good enough for me to ring the great service bell. But every visit since has been an awful experience, mainly due to the staff. If you do go here and get take out or drive-thru, please check your bags before you leave. They routinely forget things, almost every time. Fries, au ju for your French dip, the Buffalo sauce on your Buffalo chicken sandwich, etc etc. Nothing is off limits. Good luck.

I was driving home from Louisville when I stopped to grab lunch today, and it was thee best arbys I've ever had. The fries were so hot and crispy. The sandwich.. not burnt meat, the bun wasn't stale. I was super impressed. Going to stop there for hangover food from now on! Looking forward to barfing this up later :)
