Art and the Old Capitol

Jamey Aebersold Jazz Quartet
September 22
Artists’ booths will be set up throughout Historic Downtown Corydon for Art at the Old Capitol. The day will conclude with a free concert on the square by the renowned Jamey Aebersold Jazz Quartet. Click the events above to learn more.

Zimmerman Glasstoberfest
October 19 & 20
The third annual Glasstoberfest will feature demonstrations by glassmakers and other artisans, one-of-a-kind pieces available for purchase, German food, and a beer garden with live music. Learn more>

Corydon Extravaganza
October 27 & 28 and November 24

State Historic Site Real Haunted Happenings Tour
October 27
Tour Indiana’s first state capital by the light of a lantern. Your guide will tell you about Corydon’s rich history in addition to forgotten tales of the town’s past—where some occurrences spookily remain unexplainable. Light Up Corydon
November 24
Light Up Corydon is one of the most highly anticipated events in Harrison County! The square in Historic Downtown Corydon will become illuminated with thousands of lights at the conclusion of a countdown. Winter Wine Walk
December 8
Local wineries set up tasting in shops and businesses throughout Historic Downtown Corydon for the annual Winter Wine Walk. Enjoy the beautiful town of Corydon as you stroll to each tasting station.
