All Events are subject to change without notice.  Grandstand and Bleacher seating will be limited seating.  We will be following COVID-19 Guidelines at all Events.  No gate fee will be charged this year – Grand Stand Events are $10 with limited seating.  Midway rides will have a wristband or tickets to purchase.

Saturday, September 19th

Queen’s Pageant Preliminary Judging

— 10 AM – 11:30 AM Pageant Practice
— 11:30 AM – 3:45 PM – Contestants begin to get ready
— 3:45 PM – Contestants are back at Fairgrounds and ready for interview
— 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM – Interviews, 4 -5 minutes each
— 5:00 PM – Preliminary judging for Queen Contest (Only those with tickets will be able to come. 10 tickets per contestant. May be on                                       Facebook Live if can be arranged.)

Friday, September 25th

  — Midway – 4 PM to 11 PM

   — Purdue Extension Education Stations – 4 PM to 7 PM, under the Grandstands, Educational activities for youth grades 3 – 5 and their families. Stations will include:
— Chick Embryology – Live chicks are expected to hatch Friday and Saturday!
— Pet Nutrition – Jelly and Pickles will be present to share their story about nutrition and healthy living!,
— Water Quality – and interactive enviroscape table will offer scenarios for water quality issues that could affect you and your family!
— The Life of the Honey Bee – check out how beekeepers extract honey and see if you can spot the queen in a hive brought right to the                 fair!
— Nutrition Bingo – learn about healthy options for meals and snacks while playing a fun game of bingo and winning prizes!
— Extension Information – looking for information on how to sign up for 4-H? Want to know where to learn more about gardening,                     cooking, or healthy living options? WE CAN HELP! Come see what we have planned for 2020 and 2021 in Harrison County! 4-H                       Enrollment starts October 1st!

— Featured: Senior Hall of Fame
— Senior banners will be flown for all to see
— Senior table set up for seniors to show off their accomplishments throughout their 4-H career

   — Power Wheels Derby – 6:30 PM
  — Open Sheep Show – 6:30 PM
   — Little Miss and Master Contest Announcements – 5:45 PM – Grandstands
   — Queen’s Contest Crowning – 6 PM – Grandstands
   — Demo Derby – 7 PM

Saturday, September 26th

   — Pie Contest – Baker’s Choice Fruit – Turn in by 10 AM 
   — Midway – 11 AM to 11 PM
— Parade – 1 PM

— Setup and cooking from 7 AM on
— Turn-in starts at 2:30 PM,
— Judging and Awards – 5 PM
— Some samples and vendors available during the afternoon after cooking completed

   — Sunday Service – 10 AM
   — Midway – 12 Noon to 5 PM
— Baby Contest – 4 PM
