Battle of Corydon Memorial Park open in October

The Battle of Corydon is listed along side Gettysburg as the only two civil war battle sites on northern soil.  This park reminds us of our history and is also listed listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The log cabin has been restored and is open for touring.  See a Civil War Cannon and Historical Plaques.  The Park is open Friday 1:00 – 5:00, Saturday 10:00 – 5:00 and Sunday 11:30 – 5:30 in October.

There is a wooded trail which is rated easy.  Though unpaved, it’s simple enough to walk.  Enjoy the woods.
