Food was really good. Daughter had the pork sandwich. Large pancake is the size of Jay Leno’s head not a regular sized head. Hash browns and bacon both cooked to order and delicious.

I have only had breakfast there. The meat lovers omelet was excellent and full of meat. Wife got French toast, they make their bread and it was delicious. Home fries come on a regular size plate and it is enough to share for four people.

Love love love the homefries & homemade toast! Traci, Jordyn, & Chris are amazing servers! I’m NEVER disappointed when we come here to eat. They go above and beyond my expected standards when it comes to hospitality & great tasting food! If you come into Fredericks and don’t know what to try I suggest the homefries with cheddar cheese and a side of sour cream! Great portions for a great price! Keep up the great work Ron and Debi you all have a great crew!

Menu was very hard to read. Staff was decent towards us. The foot was fresh and hot. The food tasted decent though! Worth your buck!

Cheap food and cheap quality. The price matches the food. The Biscuits and gravy was not enjoyable I only ate one half and left the rest. The biscuits were like something you buy at the store in the tube, the gravy had no flavor just dough. It was probably a package mix you buy at the store again. The bacon was paper thin and not a good quality or mix of meat and fat, it was mostly all fat. The home fries needed more flavor and also the hash browns were sliced super thin. It felt like i was eating mashed potatoes. Probably won't be back.

Very good food! Definitely what you would expect from a cafe. Its messy and delicious. The larger dining area seems a bit closed off and can get loud because of that. Overall it's a nice place to pop into and grab a quick bite.
