This delightful class will include a dinner paired with wine from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Owner, Jim Pfeiffer, will teach you how to judge wine, the difference he can accomplish with the same grape and how weather and soils can affect the grape and wine. You will sure learn a lot at this class. Cost is $40 per person. Reservations are required.
